Details

Pitch Tank is a business pitching competition where
participants present innovative startup ideas to a panel of
judges. The event aims to encourage entrepreneurship,
creativity, and real-world problem-solving skills.
Target Participants

• Undergraduate & Postgraduate students
• Teams of 1-3 members
Prices
1st Price: ₹2000
2nd Price: ₹1200
3rd Price: ₹800

Rules & Regulations:
Rules

1. Individual or team participation (max 3 members).
2. Each team gets 5 minutes for pitch and 3–5 minutes for Q&A.
3. Ideas must be original.
4. Judges' decision will be final.
5. Plagiarism leads to disqualification.

Idea Rules

1. Ideas must be original and innovative.
2. Participants can pitch:
• Startup ideas
• Product innovations
• Tech solutions
• Social entrepreneurship ideas
3. Previously implemented ideas are allowed.

Presentation Rules

1. PPT / PDF allowed.
2. No internet dependency recommended.
3. Teams must bring backup copies of their presentation.

Disqualification

Teams may be disqualified if:
• Plagiarism is detected.
• Time limits are exceeded repeatedly.
• Offensive or inappropriate content is used.

Judges Decision

The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Judges

• 2-3 entrepreneurship professionals/faculty & 1-2 student innovators.

Event Duration

Approximately 2-3 hours

Terms & Conditions:

1. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event structure if
required.
2. Participants must register before the deadline.
3. On desk entries will be consider.
4. The organizers are not responsible for technical issues during presentations.
5. Participants must adhere to college discipline rules.
6. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event if minimum participation is not
met.
