Get ready for a delightful culinary celebration where students showcase their creativity through a variety of delicious recipes! From traditional favorites to innovative dishes, come taste the flavors and support our young chefs in this exciting food event.
Rules & Regulations:
1.Each food item must be priced between ₹10 to ₹40 only.
2.Each group having max 3 Students
3.No electricity & supply has been given
4.Students will be responsible for their Raw materials, Utensils (Plates, Fork, Bowl, Pan, Glass etc), Decoration & 3 X 2 ft Poster.
5.Students have to register and take prior permission of the committee before placing their recipes for sale.
6.Stall charge: ₹500 per stall (This is a non-refundable stall allocation charge, NOT a participation fee)
7.Each team can register only one stall and Per stall maximum 2 recipe (only vegetarian food)
8.Gloves & hair caps mandatory.
9.Cleanliness must be maintained.
10.Leftover food must be disposed of properly.
11.Students must maintain Sell Record, Cost Sheet and Quantity Sold.
12.Based on judgement three teams will get a winner certificate and prizes.
Evaluation Criteria:
Judgement will be based on taste, presentation, creativity, hygiene, teamwork, stall management, and overall sales performance.
